Four Essential Questions
     

Check the following list of four questions and answer each very honestly. These four questions will be in the back of every investor’s mind while reading your plan or listening to your presentation.

• Does any large and identifiable group of people really need your product or service? Define this group.

• Are they willing to pay someone much more than it costs to produce or deliver your product or service? How much more? Twice? Three times? 

• What is your sustainable advantage in technology, cost, or capability that you have over others who currently or will compete in your market?

• Do you have the management team that can execute the plan successfully?
